Months later, the call comes: "John Maisch, you are Oklahoma's bachelor of the year."

Maisch, one of the state's assistant attorneys general, suddenly confronts his moment of fame - not in front of a jury in a high-profile case, but in front of millions of young, single women poring over potential soul mates.
